Arkansas Football 2012 Spring Schedule Released

Bobby Petrino’s 5th Season as Head Coach of the Razorbacks continues today as Spring Football practice starts. During yesterday’s press conference, Petrino seemed rather eager to get back to work.

“Spring ball is always a fun time of the year,” said Petrino. “We’ll spend a lot of time in individual work, guys trying to get better at their craft and better at what they do, and then the other part of it is the competition. People are fighting for starting jobs, backup jobs, you get the competition going between the offense and defense, and it will all be fun. Our job is to make everybody else better, so that’s what we’ll work hard at.”

The Razorbacks will have 15 total Spring practices, 6 of which will be open to the public. Practices begin at 3:50 P.M. and end at 6:00 P.M. If practice is moved indoors to Pat Walker Pavilion for any reason, the public will not be allowed to attend due to space constraints. Spring Practice will conclude with the annual Red/White Scrimmage game, which will be held on April 21st at 2:00 P.M.
