News has started to break less than 24 hours after Arkansas State clinched the Sun Belt Conference that Hugh Freeze will be the next Head Coach of Ole Miss. Hugh Freeze is most known for being the Head Coach in the movie “Blindside”.
Hugh Freeze was an assistant coach under former Ole Miss HC Ed Orgeron. He replaced Orgeron on an interim basis until Houston Nutt was hired. This is only Freeze’s 1st year as a head coach in college football. He led Arkansas State to their best record since 1986 and an invitation to the GoDaddy.com Bowl.
